@GoldenOldies That's cool that you have had their album. We have most of their music and truly love them. Mostly, I think it is their lyrics that speaks. Thanks Kandace!

Loved the Sitar and Bansuri through out this song! Nice South Asian influence. I would not personally use this piece as a accompaniment for a meditation session but most definitely use it as a daily mood enhancer:)) This is the kind of music I'd play when I'm in the middle of the day and I need to gather my thoughts or even reset my biorhythms.Or at the very least try to figure those biorhythms out:)) Lovely feature and great graphics in this vid nonetheless! Relaxed and enjoyed! Thank you! Peace.....

@FallingAwake (◠‿◠) Hello Dave! No need to practice the Kekkafuza (full-lotus postion) You can use the least strenuous 'zazen' position. Seated with your spine erect and hands folded across your stomach. (mudra). Breaths are from the hara (the center of gravity in the belly). Although practicing a Zen meditation session in a chair is rare it is not unheard of. Many people with illness in the lower extremities use this method and still reap the rewards of a wonderful meditation. Good luck on your "Om". Peace.......◠‿◠
