Step 1 – Clean All Dishes In Hot and Soapy Water

To make washing dishes easier, fill your sink with hot soapy water and put the most troublesome items in it to soak.

If you have large pans or bowls which won’t fit into a single sink full of soapy water. Place them near an open space for easy access later on.

Once all other pots and pans are cleaned off using dish soap. Wipe down any counters where food was cooked as well as overhead cabinets if needed.

This should be much quicker than scrubbing every inch!

Step 2 – Gather all Trash and drop it into Bin

While waiting for the dishes to soak and scrub, take a lap around your kitchen!

With trash all over the place, it might be hard not to worry about clutter.

So don’t let that stop you from just picking up anything that qualifies as garbage on the floor, countertops, or cupboards. And throwing them away while doing an exploration of what needs cleaning in this part of your home.

Step 3 – Pick up Misplaced Goods In A Basket

Next, grab a container and do another lap around your kitchen gathering up any items that don’t belong in the room. Place them on top of your other containers or place those you can return to their rightful places.

With ease while putting what is left back into this round-three basket for your helper to put away when they get home!

Step 5 – Load The Dishwasher

Once dirty dishes are piled up in the sink, it’s time to get them cleaned and put away. Next load your dishwasher with as many of those dirty plates and pans that will fit!

If you have too many dishes for one machine, break out a few extra helpers, who can wash while others dry or vice versa.

Once everything is clean, make sure to drain any excess water from the sink so all that dirt doesn’t cause unnecessary clogs over time.

Step 7 – Now Clean Kitchen Floors And Finish Up

To clean up your kitchen, grab a broom or vacuum and sweep the floor to remove any crumbs that may be lying around. If you’re in need of some extra trash bags for your garbage can, take out the old ones so they don’t overflow with refuse.
